A: Each bag comes with a 30-month worldwide warranty covering stitching, leather, and hardware. If any issue arises due to materials or craftsmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Q: What is veg-tan leather?

A: Vegetable-tanned (veg-tan) leather is a traditional tanning method using natural plant extracts. It is durable, develops unique character over time, and is especially suited for vintage-inspired designs. Veg-tan leather is also skin-friendly, making it safe and comfortable even for people with sensitive skin.



Q: Do you accept custom orders?

A: Absolutely. You can request adjustments to size, compartments, strap style, color, stitching, or even have your name engraved. Every bag is made to order.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Since every bag is handcrafted to order, production time is about 5–6 days per bag. If there are pending orders, you may need to wait your turn—we will inform you of the expected waiting time before starting. Shipping time depends on your location and will be communicated once your bag is ready.
