Refund & Return Policy (Short)

Returns (in-stock items)

-Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition/packaging.

-Request an RMA before sending anything back: support@TDNLeather.com (order # + photos).

-Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection; shipping fees and duties/taxes are non-refundable.

-Unless the item is faulty, the buyer pays return shipping.

Made-to-order / custom

-Non-returnable and not cancellable once materials are ordered or production has started.

-Defect cases are handled under our Warranty.

Defects / DOA

-Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Approved cases follow our Warranty: repairs/replacements are free; shipping coverage depends on timing (see Warranty).

Non-returnable items

-Personalized/customized pieces, used or damaged items, gift cards, and final-sale items.

Email support@TDNLeather.com with your order number, reason, and photos. We’ll reply with next steps and an RMA if eligible.

This policy applies in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
