Terms of Service (Short)

About our products

  • TDN Leather makes handmade goods. Natural variations in leather grain, color, and finish are normal.

Orders & lead times

  • In-stock items ship promptly (same/next business day in most cases).

  • Made-to-order pieces begin after full payment and written confirmation of specs. We’ll provide an estimated lead time and keep you posted.

Prices & payment

  • Secure checkout; prices shown in store currency. Your bank may apply exchange fees. We don’t store full card details.

Shipping, duties, taxes

  • All orders ship with tracking from Vietnam. Transit times exclude weekends/holidays and may vary by destination and customs.

  • Import duties/VAT (if applicable) are the recipient’s responsibility. We declare shipments according to law and cannot undervalue parcels.

Changes & cancellations

  • Possible only before materials are ordered and before production starts. After that, changes/cancellations aren’t accepted; early adjustments (if feasible) may affect lead time/price.

Warranty (summary)

  • Bags: 30 months from delivery.

  • Small leather goods (wallets, belts, straps, small accessories): 24 months.
