TDN Leather offers two types of products: ready‑to‑ship small goods and made‑to‑order pieces. Please read this page before placing an order so we can set clear expectations on lead time, payment, and shipping.
1) In‑stock items (wallets, belts, watch straps, small accessories)
When you order an in‑stock item, we dispatch it immediately (typically within the same or next business day). Delivery to the United States and the European Union is approximately 5–7 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier volume, customs, weather, or remote locations.
2) Made‑to‑order pieces (camera bags, handbags)
Made‑to‑order items are crafted after your order is placed and your specifications are confirmed. To begin, please contact us to discuss your requirements—design, dimensions, color, materials, and any functional details. We will confirm feasibility and provide an estimated lead time based on our current schedule. As a guide, a camera bag typically takes about 5–6 business days of crafting once your order is confirmed. If we have an existing queue, we will advise the current lead time before you pay so you can decide comfortably.
Second, we will reply with a written summary of specifications, an estimated lead time, and your total price including shipping.
Third, once you approve the summary, please complete full payment to confirm your slot.
Fourth, we begin crafting and keep you posted at key milestones.
Finally, when your piece passes final inspection, we ship and send you the tracking link.
4) Payment terms
Full prepayment is required for all made‑to‑order pieces, including shipping, before we begin crafting. In‑stock items are paid in full at checkout. Payments are processed securely through the methods shown at checkout; we do not store full card details on our systems. Prices are shown in the store currency; if your bank uses a different currency, your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
5) Shipping, duties, and taxes
All orders ship with tracking. Delivery times shown on this page refer to transit time and do not include unforeseen courier or customs delays. International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by your local authority; these, if applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility. We declare shipments in accordance with applicable laws and cannot undervalue parcels.
6) Order reviews, changes, and cancellations
Before you pay for a made‑to‑order piece, we will send a written summary of your specifications and an estimated lead time. Please review this carefully and request any adjustments as early as possible.
Change/cancellation window: Requests for changes or cancellations are only possible before raw materials have been ordered and before production has started.
Once materials have been procured or the crafting process has begun, all change or cancellation requests will be refused. Early adjustments (if still feasible) may affect the quoted lead time and price—we will confirm any impact in writing.
7) Addresses and delivery
Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email are accurate at checkout. Address changes can be made only before the order ships. Once a parcel shows as “delivered” in the carrier’s system, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient address; if you need signature‑on‑delivery, contact us before your order ships so we can arrange it where available.
8) Quality, care, and what to expect
Every TDN Leather piece is handmade and unique. Natural variations in leather grain, small marks, and subtle shade differences are normal and part of the character of genuine leather.
